Q. Do you ship outside of the UK?

A. Yes we do! We currently ship worldwide, if your country is not on the drop down list when you go to place an order, please contact us.

Q. What are the shipping rates?

A. Our standard shipping rates are as follows: 


UK (inc. Isle of Man): £3.50 for a single item + 1.00 for each extra item

Europe (inc. The Caucasus and Central Asia): £5.50 for a single item + 1.00 for each extra item

World Zone 1 (The Americas, Africa and most of Asia): £7.50 for a single item + 2.50 for each extra item

World Zone 2 (Oceania, Laos and Singapore): £8.50 for a single item + 2.50 for each extra item

Standard shipping will be sent via Royal Mail UK 1st Class or International Standard post. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A. We aim to package and ship your order within 1 working day. How long it will take for the order to reach you will depend on the country you are in. Below are estimated shipping times according to the Royal Mail website:

UK: Next working day including Saturdays

Western Europe: 3-5 working days

Rest of World: 5-7 working days

Please note that once the order is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to reach you, and the times above are just estimations, not guaranteed delivery times. 

Q. Do you offer any other shipping options?

A. If you are interested in any extra shipping options such as tracking, economy shipping or next day delivery, please email us at [email protected] directly after placing your order, and we will adjust your shipping fee's accordingly.

Q. My item has not arrived, can you send them again or can I have a refund?

A. Unfortunately not, no. After your item has been shipped you will receive an email notifying you it has been shipped, and a second follow-up email featuring a copy of the receipt as proof of shipping. However, as mentioned above, once the package has been sent to the post office, we have no control over what happens to it, and unfortunately things do occasionally go missing in transit.

If you are worried about your order being sent via standard deliver and would prefer to have a tracking number placed on it, please email us ASAP after ordering and we will amend your shipping fees.

Q. Do you have a sizing guide?

A. Sizing for each individual item is listed in the items description in cm.

Q. Do you plan on releasing more designs in the future?

A. Yes! We already have a number of designs that are in the process of being created, as well as alternate colours for designs we already have. However since this is a new line we are working on building our brand before releasing any new designs.
